Terms of Service

SnapTreasures is a brand of Snap Treasures Australia (ABN 72 556 930 709), a sole trader in New South Wales, Australia. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales.

Everything we sell is personalised and handmade to order from the photo you upload. Handmade means exactly that — tiny variations in colour, cropping or alignment between magnets are normal and part of the charm, not defects. Colours can also differ slightly from what you see on screen, because every screen shows colour differently.

By uploading a photo, you confirm that:

• You own it or have permission to use it (it’s yours, not somebody else’s work taken without permission).
• It doesn’t contain copyrighted or trademarked material — think Disney, Marvel, sports logos and the like. Orders with licensed content will be cancelled and refunded.
• It’s not unlawful, hateful or offensive.

Your photos always remain yours. You just give us permission to use them for one thing: making your order.

We check every photo by hand before printing. If we think your photo won’t print beautifully (too blurry, too dark, too small), we’ll email you and help you choose or fix one — free. If a photo prints faithfully to what was uploaded, the print quality reflects the upload quality. What you upload is what we print, unless we’ve contacted you about it first.

• All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.
• Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds; you’ll receive a confirmation email.
• Need to change or cancel? Contact us as soon as possible — once production starts we can’t make changes.
• Very occasionally a price may be listed incorrectly. If that happens we’ll contact you before making anything — you can pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund. We won’t quietly charge you the difference.
• We may occasionally need to cancel and fully refund an order (for example, if we can’t print the photo or it breaches these terms) — we’ll always tell you why.

The full details live on our Shipping & Returns page. In short: dispatch within 2–5 business days, $5.95 flat shipping (free over $30), no change-of-mind returns on personalised items, and a free remake — or refund — if anything arrives damaged, faulty or wrong.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

Beyond what the law requires, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the order concerned.

The SnapTreasures name, logo, illustrations and website content belong to us — please don’t reuse them without asking. (Your photos, as above, always belong to you.)
