Shipping & Returns

Every magnet is handcrafted to order in our Australian studio. Orders are made and dispatched within 2–5 business days of being placed. We check every photo by hand before printing — if we think your photo won’t print beautifully, we’ll email you before we make anything.

• FREE local delivery on orders of $19.95 or more within 10km of Parramatta, NSW — we hand-deliver it ourselves. Just choose it at checkout; smaller orders go with Australia Post.
• $5.95 flat rate shipping everywhere else in Australia.
• FREE shipping on orders over $30.
• Posted orders travel with Australia Post, and we email you a tracking link when yours is on its way.

Choosing local delivery? We’ll email you once your order is made to arrange a drop-off time. If your address turns out to be outside the 10km zone, we’ll simply post it instead — at no extra charge to you.

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–6 business days depending on where you are in Australia (a little longer for regional and remote areas). We currently ship within Australia only.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — if a parcel comes back to us because of an address mix-up, we’ll happily re-send it, but we may need to charge postage again.

Once your parcel is with Australia Post, how fast it travels is out of our hands — busy periods, weather and regional routes all add time. We can’t promise a delivery date for that stretch of the journey, but we can help you chase it, and we will.

If tracking hasn’t moved for 7 business days, or it says delivered and nothing has arrived, email us at hello@snaptreasures.com.au. We’ll lodge an enquiry with Australia Post and stay on it. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we’ll remake and resend your order free of charge — or refund you if you’d rather.

None of this affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including your right to a remedy if goods aren’t delivered within a reasonable time.

Because every magnet is personalised with your photo, we can’t offer returns or refunds for change of mind. If you spot a mistake in your order (wrong photo, wrong pack), contact us as soon as possible — once production has started we can’t make changes, but we’ll always do our best.

If anything arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, email us at hello@snaptreasures.com.au within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the problem. We’ll remake your magnets free of charge — or refund you if a remake can’t fix it. That’s our handmade promise.

Two friendly notes: print quality reflects the photo you upload (we can’t remake for blurry or low-resolution photos we’ve printed faithfully — though we do our best to catch these before printing), and because each magnet is handmade, tiny variations in colour, cropping or alignment are part of the charm rather than a fault.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing on this page limits your rights under those guarantees.
