What kind of photo works best?
Clear, well-lit photos straight from your phone or camera work beautifully. Try to avoid heavily filtered, blurry or very dark images. If we spot anything that won't print nicely, we'll reach out and help you pick or fix a photo — every order gets a real human quality check before printing.
What sizes and shapes do the magnets come in?
Three to choose from: square photo magnets (50 × 50 mm) as a single, a pair, or sets of 4, 6, 9 and 12; Classic Flexi magnets — 7 × 8.4 cm overall, with a 6.35 cm square photo and a wide bottom border you can caption; and 35 mm acrylic photo keychains. One photo per magnet. Round magnets and colour-in sets for kids are on the way.
What are the magnets made of?
Each magnet is printed on quality photo stock with a strong, glossy, wipe-clean finish and a firm magnetic backing — made to hold your memories (and the shopping list) securely.
How long until my order arrives?
Every magnet is handcrafted to order in our little Australian studio and dispatched within 2–5 business days, then shipped via Australia Post. We'll email you as soon as your order is on its way. Delivery times depend on where you are in Australia.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is a $5.95 flat rate Australia-wide — and FREE on orders over $30. Posted orders travel with Australia Post, and we email you a tracking link when yours ships.
Do you deliver locally?
Yes! On orders of $19.95 or more, if you're within 10km of Parramatta, NSW, choose free local delivery at checkout and we'll hand-deliver your order ourselves — no postage cost, no waiting on Australia Post. We'll email you once it's made to arrange a time that suits you. Smaller orders go with Australia Post. If your address turns out to be outside the zone, we'll post it instead at no extra charge.
Do you ship outside Australia?
We currently ship within Australia only. Want us to ship somewhere else? Send us a message — if enough people ask, we'll make it happen!
Can I order lots of magnets for an event?
Absolutely — wedding favours, baby showers, corporate gifts, you name it. Our packs are great value, and for bigger custom runs just contact us and we'll sort something special.
What if there's a problem with my order?
We want you to love your treasures. If anything arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days with a photo and we'll remake it free — or refund you if a remake can't fix it. Because every magnet is personalised just for you, we can't offer returns for change of mind. And since each one is handmade, tiny variations in colour or cropping are part of the charm rather than a fault.
Is my photo safe with you?
Yes. Your photos are uploaded securely, used only to make your magnets, and never shared. Payments are handled by Stripe — we never see your card details.
